what can I expect from my first visit?

Appointments with Glen can be in-person or over the phone. Glen cares about each person he sees and invests as much time as is necessary to adequately address their situation. Therefore, he often runs longer with patients than intended. Please budget extra time in your schedule for your visit.

In your time with him, Glen will consult with you about your Reason for Visit. Because the visit is very informative, we recommend you record him. Payment will be collected after your visit is complete.

what is the cost?

There are several options for visits with Glen. An hour appointment is $240. A thirty-minute appointment is $120. A 5-minute phone consult is $20. N4H Research does not deal with insurance, and payment is out-of-pocket. HSA cards are accepted. There is not a price difference between phone consults and in-person visits.

DO YOU OFFER BLOODWORK ON SITE?

N4H Research does not process bloodwork in office. Instead, we refer out or use the lab results from your primary medical doctor/team. We are happy to email you a list of labs Glen likes to see prior to your appointment. Contact us for this list.

N4H Research also partners with Meridian Valley, SpectraCell and other labs whose kits are kept in office. For pricing or other questions, contact the office!

how often do i need a follow up?

The frequency of follow ups depends upon each situation. Glen typically recommends scheduling a follow up between three and six months. 5-minute phone calls are available for quicker questions between appointments.

How does the patient portal work?

Your patient portal is called OnPatient. The office staff will send you an invitation via email requesting you connect with us. Once that email is received, follow the instructions for creating a profile. Upon completion, the office staff will be able to share documents, office notes and messages with you. You will also be able to communicate confidentially directly with Glen. If you have any difficulty, please feel free to give us a call.
